2. What we do, and what we do not do

We advise international students, arrange the official invitation letter from a licensed partner language school, and support visa, residence permit and university applications. We do not operate a school or teach courses: courses are delivered by licensed partner schools. We are not a government body, not affiliated with any government, and not a law firm.

3. No guarantee of visa or residence permit outcomes

Visa and residence permit decisions are made solely by the Turkish authorities (Turkish consulates and the Presidency of Migration Management). We cannot influence these decisions and cannot guarantee that a visa, residence permit, extension or admission will be granted, or when. Requirements and processing times are set by the authorities and may change.

4. Services and fees

  • Official invitation letter and visa support: $300. Arranging the invitation letter with a partner school, express courier delivery and guidance for your visa application. Non-refundable, including if the visa application is refused.
  • Residence permit and education programme in Turkey: $1,130, paid after you arrive. Includes the one-year Turkish language course at a partner school (tuition), health insurance, and the residence permit and card fees, with our immigration advisor's support for the application.
  • Total: $1,430.
  • Not included: flights, accommodation, consulate (visa) fees, document translation and notarisation where required, and other personal expenses.

The Turkish language programme runs from A1 to C2, two days a week, three hours a day, for one year, and can be extended for one more year. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing when you enrol. Payment by bank transfer or credit card. Refund conditions for payments made after arrival are set out in your written service agreement.

5. Eligibility

Our programmes are for people aged 18 and over.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly about changes.
  • Meet the deadlines and appointments set by us, the schools and the authorities.
  • Attend your course and follow the rules of your school and of your residence permit.
  • Comply with Turkish law, including the rules on entry, residence and work.

We are not responsible for consequences of incomplete, inaccurate or false information or documents, or of deadlines missed on your side.

7. Third parties

Schools, universities, insurers, courier companies and other providers act under their own terms and are responsible for their own services. We select reputable partners and help you deal with them, but we do not guarantee their performance.

8. Information on this website

Articles and guides are general information, prepared carefully and dated where possible. They are not legal advice and may not reflect the latest regulatory changes; contact us for advice on your situation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115), or any non-waivable consumer right under Law No. 6502.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in law, decisions or system outages of authorities, epidemics, natural disasters and strikes.

11. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logo and design of this website belong to Gordion Partners or are used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

12. Personal data and communication

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice and Cookie Policy. We communicate by email, telephone and WhatsApp; please keep your contact details current.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence within the monetary limits set each year under Law No. 6502.

14. Versions, severability and changes

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top. If translations differ, the Turkish version prevails: Hizmet Şartları.
